Special Activities and Holidays

Special activities will be posted on the monthly calendar. Huckleberry Early Learning Academy is closed for the week of Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and one week during Summer. 50% payment is still due during these vacation weeks. 50% payment is still due for any single closed holiday. Full payment is required for weeks when your child has a sick day or you decide to keep them out on their scheduled day for whatever reason. Your tuition holds your spot and ensures that the business can continue to provide quality care for your children.

Each family is granted as many vacation days per year as their child is permanently scheduled for per week. For example, if your child typically attends 3 days a week, you will receive 3 vacation days per year. This means that you can schedule a day out on your typically scheduled day and not have to pay.
